What’s up! My name is Cari.
I’m a wife and mom of three. I first became a PT in 2017. The inspiration to gain knowledge and help women stems from my recovery from a nearly decade long eating disorder which resulted in an even nastier relationship with myself in the midst of it.
I’d consider myself a body neutrality coach where I am extremely passionate about ridding society of toxic diet culture. In the process; ensuring a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and self. My main goal as a coach is to guide my clients to partake in the bigger picture of health and setting goals in various areas. Rather than solely focusing on body composition.
I use evidence based information which lead my clients to achieve their goals without the lies and toxicity we’ve all endured at some point. In the process, never depriving or demonizing the foods we all love and enjoy. Also focusing on moving our bodies in ways that make us as individuals feel good and most importantly happy!
